Air-O-Dynamics Engineering & Air Conditioning, Inc. started in 1992 by Miguel Gerov, an Electrical Engineer from the University of Alabama as a dream that materialized after many years in the construction industry. Our main goal as a company is to provide: AIR CONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION, and VENTILATION AND HEATING SERVICE in Palm Beach, Broward and surrounding counties. The company is divided into two main divisions:

The SERVICE DIVISION where we service commercial and industrial units including centrifugal water chillers and cooling towers.
The PROJECT DIVISION specializes mainly in new construction from small projects to multi–million dollar institutions such as arenas, ports, jails, courthouses, airports, schools and public buildings.
